Can I use my own vendors?

All vendors and associated staff must be approved by the venue prior to the event, within the timeframe stated in the event agreement and adhere to all certificate of insurance requirements.  Individuals not associated with a vendor must also adhere to all certificate of insurance requirements.  A listing of all vendors and associated staff must be provided to the venue prior to the event, within the timeframe stated in the event agreement.

Can caterers cook inside?

Yes. The venue fee includes use of our fully equipped, on-site catering kitchen, as well as use of the convenient freight elevator. Additional cleaning fees apply.

Can we set up our event the day before?

Load-in and load-out day rentals are available for an additional fee, based on availability.

Is parking provided?

There are approximately 10,000 parking spaces at Aventura Mall including a parking garage that is adjacent to the event space. On-Site valet parking may be arranged with the exclusive valet company. Depending on size and content of the event, valet and/or additional parking services may be required by the venue. Additional fees apply.

Is the venue WiFi enabled?

Guest WiFi access will be available with and surrounding the venue location.  As this is an open network, personal hotspots/dedicated networks are recommended but not provided by the venue.

Is the venue air conditioned?

Yes, except the outdoor space.
